Frequently Asked Questions
Why should you get Professional Disinfection?
Disinfection Misting and Wipe Down is the only way to achieve maximum disinfection coverage ensuring both hard to reach places and frequent touch areas will be thoroughly disinfected. Only professional specialists with experience in dealing with COVID-19 infection sites will be deployed to prevent exacerbation of virus presence.
PestCare teams have decontaminated millions of square feet of COVID-19 impacted premises. Our service is recommended to achieve a baseline of virtually-0% virus/bacteria contamination in your premises.
What Chemicals Are Used In Your Treatment?
We use non-toxic chemicals that are safe to humans including babies and pets. Our specialists will share a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) prior to the treatment being done where you can find more information about the chemicals of our treatments. We guarantee 99.9% effectiveness of all our treatments.
How long does it takes? Will I need to vacate the treatment premises?
Application time will take approximately 1 hour (including site setup) for every 5,000 square feet (460sqm). After application, we strongly recommend up to 2 hours of curing time to ensure all surfaces are coated properly. Talk to us to get an accurate time estimation – we will be able to deploy larger teams for large scale disinfection that could reduce treatment time.
Clients will be asked to vacate their properties during the entire process. Only personnel with appropriate PPE will be allowed onsite during the disinfection process.
Do you comply with government virus containment guidelines?
Yes, our disinfection process complies with all currently recommended NEA guidelines. We only deploy specialists that are certified under Environmental Infection Control and Management. We continue to monitor all government regulations and regularly update our enhanced PestCare best practices and processes.
Does your disinfection come with certification?
Yes, we will provide a Disinfection Report upon completion of our treatment via email. This may be required for submission to government agencies (NEA/MOH) as part of your reporting procedures especially when there is a positive Covid-19 case in your premises.
